First, open the Phone Link app on your PC.
Next go to Settings > (gear at the top right corner) and select Features as highlighted below.
On the Features settings pane, under Apps, make sure the toggle is On or Off to allow or disable “Allow the Phone Link app to display apps from my phone”.
You should be able to view Android phone apps with Windows 11.
