Click on Windows Start on the Taskbar, then search for ‘Microsoft Teams‘ in the search box. Then right-click on Microsoft Teams app from the relevant result and click Apps settings.
When the Teams app settings open, toggle the box to the Off possible, under Runs at log-in to disable Microsoft Teams from automatically starting up when you login.
Also, under Background apps permissions, choose to Never run this apps in the background.
Restart your computer and that should do it!
