This post shows students and new users steps to automatically start Narrator before or after they sign into Windows. The Narrator app feature in Windows helps those with limited vision or those who are unable to see text clearly on their screen.
Narrator app has also been greatly improved in Windows 11 with some Windows apps tightly integrated. For example, when you open an email in Outlook, Narrator will start reading—no commands required.
Narrator will read an email’s status (unread, forwarded, etc.), who sent it, the subject line, and any other characteristics of the email that are important or unique.
If Narrator is useful to you and you want to use it all the time, you can configure it so that it automatically starts up everytime you sign into Windows so you don’t to press the Windows key + CTRL + ENTER keys everytime you want to turn on Narrator.

On the Accessibility > Narrator settings pane, under Use Narrator, toggle the switch to On or Off to enable or disable Narrator in Windows.
Then under the Narrator tile, expand to open and check the boxes to Start Narrator before sign-in or after sign-in, or both.
